Shopguard Full-time Bonn/Cologne from 16.14€/hour (m/f/d)

Securitas is seeking full-time Shopguards for positions in Bonn and Cologne. The role involves conducting access controls, performing patrols, acting as a store detective, monitoring cameras, and initiating appropriate measures during incidents like break-ins or vandalism. The Shopguard will also serve as the primary contact for visitors, customers, and employees. Securitas, a leading security services provider, offers a stable and varied work environment.

Must Have

• Minimum age 18 years
• Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
• No criminal record or relevant entries in the certificate of good conduct
• Good German language skills (at least Level B2)
• IHK Sachkunde according to § 34a GewO
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system, including weekends

• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor and actions
• Good English language skills (Level A1)

Job Description

• Performing access controls and patrols within the property
• Store detective duties
• Camera surveillance
• Initiating appropriate measures in special incidents such as burglary, damage, vandalism
• First point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees

Working hours: Mon - Sat 09:45 - 20:15

Qualifications

The following minimum requirements are necessary for us to consider your application.
