Job Summary

As a Silicon Development Program Manager at Cirrus Logic, you will lead the planning and execution of mixed-signal IC product development, from concept to silicon release. This role involves representing the engineering team in communications with management, product management, and customers. Responsibilities include driving accountability, problem-solving, and risk mitigation to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. You will also lead project planning and execution, represent the engineering team to internal and external partners, and implement standard methodologies to improve program performance. Must Have

BS in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience.
Experience managing integrated circuit development projects.

Lead the planning and execution of performance leadership mixed-signal IC products across all facets of development from concept and new IP development to final silicon release to production. Represent the collective engineering team in interfacing with management, product management/marketing, and key customers. Champion the development & deployment of best practices to improve program performance, efficiency, and produce repeatable results across a growing business. Responsibilities:

Drive accountability and awareness, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively search out and address risks or weaknesses to ensure the project meets quality standards and completes on time and in budget
Provide project leadership for mixed-signal products by working with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitments
Responsible for end-to-end project planning & meticulous execution management to improve project execution certainty
Represent the collective engineering team in communicating with internal and external partners
Enable communication & transparency to ensure alignment at all levels of the organization
Development & deployment of standard methodologies to improve program performance, efficiency, and produce repeatable results
Champion lessons learned to drive continuous improvement & avoid known problems. Manage change into standard methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

BS in Electrical Engineering and relevant project or program management experience managing sophisticated integrated circuit development projects
Technical Program Manager with experience in the management of design and post silicon activities for mixed-signal IC products
Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional silicon development teams
Basic knowledge of analog and digital design flows
Strong program management fundamentals

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Familiar with project/program management tools such as MS Project
Experience with product development cycles (concept to production)

This position is in Edinburgh, UK. This is a hybrid remote position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference.
