As a Site HR Business Partner Manager, the individual will be responsible for the HR impact on the entity's operational performance, including defining targets and deploying improvement plans. They will partner with the entity's management to lead the deployment of HR tools, processes, and policies while advising on the HR impact of transformations. The role involves co-leading health, safety, and working conditions initiatives, managing the HR department by developing team performance, and leading the HR strategy. Employee relations, HR policy deployment, and external representation are also key responsibilities. This includes managing employee relations activities, ensuring social climate, and representing the company externally with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves deploying specific actions, participating in events, and managing campus management strategy.

Within the Entity, and under the responsibility of the Site General Manager and his.er functional manager(s):
Is responsible for the HR impact to Entity's operational performance
Defines targets & deploys improvement plans
Is accountable for the results
Is the key partner for Entity's management
Leads the deployment of HR tools, processes & policies, and coaches managers
Anticipates, advises & manages HR impact of transformations (technological, organizational, etc.), and drives the change management plan
Coaches managers on HR related topics
Co-lead with HSE manager the Health, Safety & Working conditions
Ensures the respect of all Health / Security / Environment rules
Takes into account all identified risks and manage them with QRQC tools
Monitors unfitness situations, and drives the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitness
Leads Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan
Guides managers in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities
Manages risk & also financial impacts of Health, Safety & Working conditions
Manages the HR department
Acts as a Leader for the HR team by developing individual & collective performance
Recruits, trains & develops HR team members
Proposes changes & continuous improvement action plan to optimize HR organization & results
Is accountable for reliability & quality of data managed by the team
Leads, defines & deploys HR Strategy
As a member of the management Committee, and under the Site General Manager's responsibility, defines and deploys the Entity's HR Strategy, in line with the Group, Division, PG-PL-RO & legal entity orientations
Builds & deploys the communication & change management plan related to HR Strategy
Prioritizes, proposes & monitors budget accordingly
Guarantees the relevant/proper Job Grading methodology use according to the Group referential and all related C&B applications
Leads Employee relations & all related activities
Leads or participates in Employee relations activities within the legal entity according to the organization
Is responsible to keep or improve social climate & relationships with social representatives
Defines the competitiveness strategy for the Entity and the variabilization of costs & workforce according to organizational needs
Is responsible for Diversity programs, Well being at work, and leads local CSR actions
Manages the deployment of HR Policy & all related regulations
Is responsible for the deployment and the respect of the Group, Division, PG-PL-RO & legal entity HR Policies, and the legal provisions
Is responsible for the Ethics & Compliance respect related to HR activities (anti-harassment, GDPR...)
Manages disciplinary actions
Ensures the legal monitoring, and the deployment of possible changes in the regulations
Manages 5 Axes through Involvement of Personnel Axe
Is the IP Axe owner
Defines & monitors IP deployment & improvement plan to get People's Engagement
Is the company's HR representative externally
Ensures strong relationships with external stakeholders & other representatives linked to HR
Defines & deploys specific actions, and/or participates to events & meetings
Is responsible for the local Campus Management strategy deployment in relation with the Country Campus Manager
Is responsible for local/on site actions to organize and animate the Campus events
Creates close relationships with external stakeholders (public & private organizations)
Shares experience & best practices
Participates to transversal projects & working groups, according to the needs and requests from the Valeo organization
