The Staff Technical Sourcer will play a critical role in building and executing sourcing strategies for Rippling’s technical teams across multiple business units, but primarily for hiring Design Engineers within our products. This is a leadership position responsible for driving top-of-funnel success by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and recruiting leadership to tackle complex sourcing challenges, provide market insights, and ensure a robust and diverse candidate pipeline.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and has a strong understanding of the technical talent landscape, with a focus on both local and global sourcing strategies. You will leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing approaches and work seamlessly with stakeholders to close top talent.
Develop and lead sourcing strategies across a variety of technical roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational priorities. Partner with stakeholders to continuously refine strategies based on market trends and data.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business unit leaders to ensure sourcing efforts are aligned with hiring goals. Lead calibration discussions, provide market intelligence, and unblock sourcing challenges.
Use analytics to track and measure sourcing performance. Review funnel metrics, conversion data, and market insights to continuously optimize sourcing efforts and adjust strategies.
Manage relationships with candidates through a long lifecycle interview process, ensuring high engagement and providing a positive candidate experience. Effectively communicate with candidates at all levels, from entry-level to executive.
Lead sourcing efforts across multiple countries and business units, understanding local market nuances and adapting strategies accordingly. Provide strategic insights on global talent acquisition and trends to ensure Rippling remains competitive in the talent market.
Proactively develop and manage candidate pipelines, advising leadership on pipeline health and strategies for optimizing conversion rates. Provide guidance on how to manage and maintain strong, sustainable candidate pools.
The pay range for this role is:
