Job Responsibilities

1. Industry and Technology Research: Research global gaming industry technology trends, competitive landscape, and cutting-edge technology directions (e.g., AI, data platforms, R&D systems), providing insights for strategic planning.

2. Data-Driven Strategy: Combine data analysis with business insights to provide analytical frameworks and decision support for product and business teams, driving CRM innovation, player operations, and growth optimization.

3. AI and R&D Foresight Research: Evaluate the strategic potential of AI, automation, and next-generation R&D tools in game production, operations, and efficiency improvement, contributing to long-term capability building.

4. Investment and Ecosystem Insights: Track innovation dynamics, startups, and industry trends in the global gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystem, providing intelligence support for strategic synergy and ecosystem cooperation.

5. Client-Facing Strategic Support: Produce and present strategic reports, industry whitepapers, and business reports for external partners, studios, and publishing teams, showcasing Tencent's capabilities and insights in data intelligence and gaming strategy.

6. Strategic Communication and Reporting: Output high-quality research reports and strategic briefings, providing management with long-term strategic, investment, and technology decision support based on data and industry insights.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in economics, business analytics, computer science, data science, etc.; Master's or MBA degree preferred.

2. 3+ years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or strategic research at large internet/gaming companies.

3. Ability to combine technical understanding of AI, data platforms, R&D systems with strategic analysis preferred.

4. Profound understanding of global gaming and technology industry trends.

5. Excellent research analysis, structured thinking, and presentation skills.

6. Fluent in English, with bilingual (Chinese and English) writing and communication skills preferred.
