Job Summary

Trackman is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its Strategy & Commercial Excellence department. This role offers a steep learning curve, working directly with senior executives and former McKinsey consultants on strategic projects. Ideal for top-performing 3rd-year bachelor's or 1st-year master's students with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) and based in Hørsholm, Denmark, focusing on the intersection of sports, technology, and strategy.

Must Have

  • 3rd year bachelor’s student or 1st year master’s student
  • Strong academic record in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field
  • Able to work 20 hours per week on average
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive team player who takes responsibility and achieves results independently and in teams

Good to Have

  • Prior experience from a relevant student job is a plus

You will collaborate directly with senior executives and former McKinsey consultants, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making. Many of our former Strategy Analysts have secured full-time positions, while others have successfully transitioned to careers in management consulting or similar fields. Job requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are excited to make a difference. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of sports and technology while gaining valuable experience for a career in consulting or related fields. You don’t need to be a sports expert – what truly matters is your curiosity and your drive to excel in everything you do.

About you:

  • 3rd year bachelor’s student or 1st year master’s student with a strong academic record in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Able to work 20 hours per week on average, with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive team player who takes responsibility and achieves results independently and in teams.

Preferably:

Prior experience from a relevant student job is a plus.
