The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in Thailand by developing new business and managing key relationships. This role combines sales leadership, market development, and hands-on customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and technology, be ambitious, self-driven, and willing to go the extra mile, with 5+ years of consultative sales experience and fluency in Thai and English.
Must Have:
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments.
  • Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities.
  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations.
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
  • Proposal preparation and order administration.
  • Customer training and 1st level support.
  • Organization and implementation of Trackman University workshops.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English is required.
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience.
  • Possess a strong network in the local golf industry.
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in Thailand by developing new business and managing key relationships in Thailand. This role combines sales leadership, market development, and hands-on customer engagement. Fluency in Thai and English, along with a passion for golf and technology, is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis.
  • Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities.
  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations.
  • Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching Pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, driving ranges and other golf client segments.
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
  • Proposal preparation and order administration.
  • Customer training and 1st level support.
  • Organization and implementation of Trackman University workshops.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Proficiency in Thai and English is required, including strong written and spoken communication abilities in both languages.
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience.
  • Possess a strong network in the local golf industry.
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.
  • Own car with full driver’s license.
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Build and maintain relationships easily.
  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic.
  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analyze problems and provides well-thought-through solutions.
  • Consider other’s views and demonstrates listening skills.

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working out of your home office in the territory and travel 50-75% of the time.
