As a Werkstudent in HR & Office Management, you will support both HR administration and office operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with HR documentation and administrative tasks, supporting office management activities such as organizing supplies and workspace coordination, helping to plan and coordinate internal events and meetings, acting as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters, and maintaining records to support employee onboarding processes. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions within a dynamic startup environment.

Must have:

Currently enrolled in a university program.
Interest in HR, office management, and administration.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Self-driven.
Onsite position.
Part-time or full-time during the holidays.
