The Subcontract Management Senior will join the Global Supply Chain team, overseeing end-to-end subcontract management for complex subsystems. As the Subcontract Management Senior, you will be responsible for leading subcontract management efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration with subcontractors, and driving results to support program objectives. You will play a critical role on the program team, overseeing subcontract management activities that span the entire lifecycle of complex subsystems and components.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and administering subcontracts to ensure compliance with program requirements and company policies.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure subcontractor alignment and performance.
• Developing and implementing subcontract management plans, strategies, and procedures to drive program success.
• Analyzing and resolving subcontract-related issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
