Sitecore is seeking a Consultant for its CVR Services Solutions Hub in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports global Professional Services and Customer Success teams by executing standardized activities. The consultant will deliver advisory, customer success, and project management tasks, ensuring operational excellence and consistent value realization for customers. Responsibilities include preparing reviews, maintaining data in systems like Certinia and Salesforce, and collaborating with regional teams to maintain delivery quality and alignment to processes.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or Customer Success environments.
  • Experience with Sitecore products and familiarity with the Sitecore ecosystem.
Must Have:
  • Execute standardized activities across Advisory, Customer Success, and Project Management workstreams.
  • Support preparation of reviews, assessments, and customer meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate data in Certinia, Salesforce, and related systems.
  • Follow established processes and documentation standards for high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with field consultants to support health monitoring and project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting best practices.
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in structured documentation and presentation preparation.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools).
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across distributed and multicultural teams.

About the Role:

Sitecore is expanding its global delivery capability through the launch of the CVR Services Solutions Hub (KL). The Hub will support our global Professional Services and Customer Success teams by executing standardized, repeatable, and process-driven activities that enable our field consultants to focus on strategic customer engagement.

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering advisory, customer success, and project management–related activities that ensure operational excellence and consistent value realization for our customers. You’ll work closely with regional teams to maintain delivery quality, accuracy, and alignment to defined processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute standardized and repeatable activities across Advisory, Customer Success, and Project Management workstreams.
  • Support the preparation of reviews, assessments, and customer meeting materials (e.g., kickoff decks, QBR reports).
  • Maintain accurate data in Certinia, Salesforce, and related systems to support reporting and customer success metrics.
  • Follow established processes and documentation standards to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with field consultants to support health monitoring, adoption tracking, and project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in structured documentation and presentation preparation.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools).
