Systems & Infrastructure Applications Engineer

The Systems & Infrastructure Applications Engineer will be responsible for managing, updating, and enhancing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments, as well as administering Group Policies and managing Windows server and endpoint patch management. The role involves PC image and application package creation and deployment, managing worldwide image distribution servers, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical planning, project management skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate should be able to work independently, learn new technologies and provide training.

Must Have

• Manage SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Experience in patch deployment, image and application deployment.
• Experience with Intune policies for mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Windows server and workstation operating systems.
• Scripting experience to automate tasks and deploy configurations.
• Configuring and maintaining AD Group Policies (GPOs).

Good to Have

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, PowerShell, LAPS.
• Linux Server Management experience.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike, IBM QRadar, Tenable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in managing SCCM, Intune and Active Directory
• Extensive experience with SCCM in the following areas
• Patch Deployment
• Image and application packages creation and deployment
• Global deployment with distribution servers worldwide
• Reporting
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune policies for personal and company-owned mobile devices
• Sound knowledge of Windows server and workstation operating systems
• Knowledge or experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, PowerShell, LAPS
• Experience in scripting to automate tasks and deploy configurations
• Versed in configuring and maintaining AD Group Policies (GPOs)
• Linux Server Management experience is a plus
• Knowledge or experience with CrowdStrike, IBM QRadar, Tenable are a plus
