Job Summary

We are looking for a TA Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process across our portfolio companies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling and feedback coordination to offer management and pre-onboarding activities. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to keep our hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.

Must Have

  • Support end-to-end hiring process across portfolio companies.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience from scheduling to pre-onboarding.
  • Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring teams for interview logistics.
  • Manage feedback collection and documentation in the ATS.
  • Coordinate offers, pre-joining documentation, and background checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of offer status and joining confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruiters with candidate follow-ups.
  • 2-4 years experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing confidential information.
  • Attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reporting discipline.
  • Team player mindset with a proactive approach.

About the Role

We are looking for a TA Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process across our portfolio companies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling and feedback coordination to offer management and pre-onboarding activities.

You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to keep our hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones (India & other global locations).
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring teams to confirm interview logistics (virtual/on-site).
  • Manage feedback collection and ensure consistent documentation in the ATS.
  • Manage all in-office interviews and open day events, including scheduling, invitations, face-to-face coordination, and overall logistics.

Offer & Pre-Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate offers and pre-joining documentation, background verification, and reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of offer status and joining confirmations.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience during pre-boarding

Recruitment Process Support

  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruiters with candidate follow-ups.
  • Partner with the TA Manager to streamline processes and improve scheduling efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or similar role (preferably in a multi-business or global setup).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing confidential information.
  • Attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reporting discipline.
  • Team player mindset with a proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts and candidate issues.
