The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing EMEA recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing organization. This role involves partnering with leaders across practices and corporate functions to meet diverse hiring needs through strategic and inclusive processes. Leveraging global frameworks, the partner will drive continuous improvement, ensure a consistent regional approach to sourcing and retaining talent, and secure a strong talent pipeline to achieve strategic priorities for the EMEA region and the firm globally.

Must Have:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive EMEA recruitment strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and corporate roles.
  • Oversee full lifecycle recruiting activities.
  • Partner with EMEA business leaders on talent needs.
  • Align regional recruiting with global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with global People & Culture team.
  • Drive operational excellence in recruiting processes and systems.
  • Design and launch EMEA University Partnership Program.
  • Support oversight of Greenhouse ATS.
  • 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in global professional services.
  • Proven ability to implement recruitment strategies.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple European countries.
  • Valid working and living permit for London or Madrid.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development and execution of our EMEA recruiting efforts as part of our rapidly growing organization.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves while serving as a partner with leaders across our practices and corporate functions to ensure we meet the diverse hiring needs of the business through strategic and inclusive recruiting processes. Leveraging global frameworks, systems, and programs, this role will drive continuous improvement, ensure a consistent regional approach to sourcing and retaining talent, and secure a strong talent pipeline with the capability to achieve our strategic priorities and benefit both the EMEA region and the firm globally.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy across EMEA to attract top talent that aligns with the Spaulding Ridge’s values and vision for growth.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across consulting and corporate.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting activities, ensuring operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner and build collaborative relationships with EMEA business leaders across the company to understand the needs of the business and advise on talent trends and best practices.
  • Balance local needs in EMEA with global talent acquisition strategy and priorities.
  • Work with the global People & Culture team to align recruiting efforts to our broader people and culture strategy that support a healthy and diverse workforce.
  • Drive operational excellence in recruiting processes and systems to improve collaboration, accountability, and support growth.
  • Design and launch a University Partnership Program across EMEA to build early-career talent pipelines, including outreach, relationship management, and internship/graduate program development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and systems to enhance collaboration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to position Spaulding Ridge as an employer of choice in the region.
  • Support oversight of our ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure smooth recruiting and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a global professional services company.
  • Proven ability to implement recruitment strategies and programs that support business growth.
  • Experience managing recruitment and talent sourcing across multiple European countries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of or relationships with technology alliances (Anaplan, Salesforce, DocuSign, OneStream, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.

Location & Travel:

Madrid or London (Hybrid role, in-office 2 days/week); some international travel likely.
