Job Description
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and executing copy that drives positive customer perception, experience, and retention. This individual contributor role involves supporting engineering, design, and product management across products. You will take significant direct ownership, rapidly create powerful copy, serve as a liaison for user-facing language, and uphold brand standards. The role demands a self-starter with a bias toward action and unfettered creativity, reporting directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer.
