Job Summary
Luvly, a tech-powered natural face care app, seeks a UA Manager to maximize profit through creating, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, monitoring user behavior and LTV, following platform trends, and generating creative ideas. The manager will leverage strong analytical skills and expertise in web2web acquisition and subscription models to drive user growth and achieve business objectives for the app.
Must Have
- At least 1.5-2 years of experience with paid acquisition on Meta.
- Expertise in web2web acquisition and subscription models.
- Ability to manage monthly budgets of $400-500K.
- Understanding of creative and product marketing flows.
- Expertise in analyzing massive data for decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Luvly is a tech-powered natural face care app offering expert-led face yoga and face massage routines. A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.
Requirements
- Experience at least 1,5-2 years with paid acquisition on Meta (priority).
- Expertise in web2web acquisition and subscription models
- Managing budgets from $400-500K monthly
- Understanding how creative and product marketing flows work and ability to impact these processes
- Expertise to analyze massive data and make correct decisions based on it
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make correct decisions
- English – Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities
- Create, optimize & scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (Meta mostly) + have understanding of Tik Tok, Snapchat and other media sources peculiarities (Pinterest, Reddit etc)
- Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various BI tools, and optimize accordingly
- Monitor user behavior and LTV and gain insights from users data, provide regular reporting on results, share these insights with creative producers and product marketing managers
- Follow trends on the platforms, competitor’s activities and suggest ideas for implementation in creative strategy
- Keeping up to date with the latest UA strategies and technologies and suggest in improving solutions
- Generation of creative ideas together with the CP, PMM, and GM
- Research of the target audience within the context of performance marketing (its characteristics, interests, behavior, and pain points)
