Job Summary

Growe is seeking a VIP Brand Manager for Europe to develop and manage VIP activations, including events and gifting campaigns. The role involves building creative briefs, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or events, with a proven track record in campaign management, vendor coordination, and proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel/Sheets.

Must Have

  • Develop and manage VIP activations (events, gifting)

Job Description

  • Develop and manage VIP activations such as events and gifting campaigns;
  • Build creative briefs and ensure that each activity reflects the VIP brand positioning and strategy;
  • Prepare quarterly brand activation calendars;
  • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure timely delivery of all elements according to the brief and budget;
  • Prepare and manage project budgets; track expenses vs plan;
  • Collect reports, photos, and video materials after each activation;
  • Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines, tone, and style;
  • Supervise design, gifting, and merchandise outputs.

##### We need your professional experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, events, or activations (experience with premium or VIP audiences is a strong plus);
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience with creative briefing, vendor coordination, and reporting;
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets;
  • Strong understanding of event production and gifting workflows;
  • Solid budget management and reporting skills;
  • Upper-intermediate in English (written and spoken).
