Job Description

This role involves handling day-to-day support tickets and enhancement requests for Workday HCM solutions. As part of the ASIS team, the consultant will lead technical advancements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions across various functional domains. Responsibilities include interacting with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understanding HR processes, and ensuring data integrity. The role requires aligning with Blue Yonder's core values and independently designing and implementing solutions for Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits.

Must Have:
  • Handle day to day support tickets and enhancement requests
  • Lead technical advancement of Workday HCM solution
  • Explore, troubleshoot and develop solutions on various functional domains
  • Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and knowledge on HR processes
  • Understand the impact of HR data changes and seek confirmation from business before making any changes

  • Understand and own the day to day operations task in Workday HCM for ASIS team
  • Analyze and troubleshoot any issues found in the workday HCM system

  • Ability to work independently to understand business requirements and suggest/implement a possible solution
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday
  • Strong experience in Workday HCM modules support activities
  • Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge and interests in Workday HCM
  • Experience with BIRT and Reporting module, Security, Benefits module

Scope:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday.
