Job Description

As a communication specialist, Zenith develops dynamic, holistic, and future-oriented communication solutions for over 150 national and international clients across all industries within our ROI Experience Platform. Comprehensive data analyses help to understand diverse target groups and identify relevant contact points for communication. Campaign performance is measured and optimized in real-time to achieve maximum ROI. The role involves independently advising and leading clients on a holistic performance strategy with a focus on SEO/SEA across all digital performance media channels, developing and presenting overarching performance strategies, and taking end-to-end responsibility for all measures from KPI definition to continuous performance tracking. You will also foster the development of client teams in innovative performance marketing and monitor market trends.

  • Experience in web analysis & tracking, audience strategies, data strategies, attribution modeling.
  • Leadership experience.
Must Have:
  • Independently advise and lead clients on a holistic performance strategy with a focus on SEO/SEA.
  • Develop and present overarching performance strategies.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for all measures, from KPI definition to continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure the further development of client teams in innovative performance marketing.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and integrate them into performance strategies.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a media agency, on client side, or with a technology provider.
  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Profound digital know-how across all essential channels (IO, Programmatic, Search & Social, Affiliation).
  • Knowledge of and ideally operational experience with common tools (e.g., Business Manager, CM360, Google Ads, GA 360, DSPs).
  • Passion and professionalism in client consulting, commitment, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and meticulous working style.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Good MS-Office skills.

Overview

  • You advise and independently lead your clients in the sense of a holistic performance strategy with a focus on SEO/SEA across all digital performance media channels.
  • In doing so, you develop and present overarching performance strategies and take end-to-end responsibility for all measures: from KPI definition, the necessary technical setup, the management of investments per digital channel, to the identification of optimization approaches in the course of continuous performance tracking.
  • You also ensure the further development of client teams in the sense of innovative performance marketing.
  • Furthermore, you continuously keep an eye on market trends, evaluate them for your clients, and incorporate them into your performance strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a media agency, on the client side, or with a technology provider. Demonstrable experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Profound digital know-how across all essential channels (IO, Programmatic, Search & Social, Affiliation) and knowledge of & ideally operational experience with common tools (e.g., Business Manager, CM360, Google Ads, GA 360, DSPs...).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in web analysis & tracking, audience strategies, data strategies, attribution modeling.
  • Passion and professionalism in client consulting, commitment, strong communication, and teamwork skills, as well as an analytical and meticulous working style, characterize you.
  • Ideally, you already have leadership experience.
  • Your English skills are just as good as your MS-Office skills.
