EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider in iGaming, offering casino, sports betting, platform, and payments solutions globally. We are seeking a passionate Account Manager for our Platform division in Bucharest. This role involves building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the primary liaison, delivering product training, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing client data to optimize ROI.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and escalations.
  • Understand client business goals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver product training and demos to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize client requests for new features or services.
  • Represent the company at industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
  • Help collect, verify, and prioritize clients' technical and non-technical requirements.
  • Ensure clients understand the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming.
  • Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team, supporting the Platform division. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

What you'll get to do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Operations) to meet client expectations.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize client requests for new features or services.
  • Represent the company at industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
  • Help the delivery team collect, verify, and prioritize clients' technical and non-technical requirements for new product features.
  • Ensure clients clearly understand the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.

What You need to know:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming.
  • Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content.
  • Familiarity with player account management, wallet systems, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
