Ninja Van, a tech-enabled logistics company, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant for a temporary role of 3-4 months. The assistant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting customers with their requirements, and working effectively as a team player. Key duties include communicating feedback for improvements to the Area Supervisor, producing the best possible outcome for the company and its clients, executing operations using Ninja software (training provided), and assisting the Area Supervisor in managing the store's social media and Google account, focusing on content and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

    • DO NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE, (3- 4months)
    • Accountable for customer satisfaction, and assisting customers with any requirements they may have.
    • Be a team player in the team, to work effectively with peers.
    • Effectively communicate feedback and improvements to the Area Supervisor.
    • Communicate and work effectively to produce the best possible outcome for the company and its clients.
    • Use Ninja software to execute operations (with training from the Ninja team).
    • Assist the Area Supervisor in managing the social media and google account of the store, in terms of content and customer engagement.

Job Requirements

    • Minimum qualifications: SPM, with relevant industry experience.
    • Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
    • Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions.
    • Effective verbal communication, with the ability to serve a wide range of customers.
    • Own transportation required.
