An Associate Project Manager will partner closely with our Lead Producers and Production Managers and assist with the communication flow amongst the internal production and project team.  Responsibilities include generating regular project updates, documenting development progress, scheduling for key stakeholders, and supporting the Studio Operations team with on-site visits and reviews.

Responsibilities

Support and/or Manage internal communications:

  • Own the communication output from several internal production team meetings 
  • Provide regular project updates to the project teams based on input from key stakeholders
  • Develop task tracking and documentation to summarize internal development progress
  • Provide additional ad-hoc support to Lead Producers

Support and/or Manage day-to-day scheduling and support:

  • Maintain schedules for key creative stakeholders; communicate schedule availability to project teams
  • Partner with Studio Operations on in-person studio visits, on-site reviews, and more
  • Taking notes and sharing key takeaways from team reviews

Skills

  • Project Management
    • Solid understanding of project schedules and milestone documentation
    • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multi-task
    • Plus: Familiarity with Agile techniques such as SCRUM and traditional production management
  • Communication & Collaboration
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across Product Development and Management teams
    • Interpersonal and facilitation skills
    • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Industry
    • Knowledgeable of current industry trends: stays up-to-date on competitive products and best practices
    • Must love games and have a passion for creating them!

Education & Experience

  • Minimum two years of professional experience in project management or equivalent field
  • 4-year undergraduate college degree or equivalent education

Preferred Experience

  • Tech or game production experience

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
$43.80$65.73 USD
