CAC Logistics Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Handling dealer emails and calls
• Interacting with Nissan's internal solution areas and distributors to resolve requests
• Guiding and informing distributors on questions they may have about ordering Nissan units from the plant and their arrival at the dealership
• KPI compliance

Requirements:

• Professional training: completed high school and/or student of economic-administrative degree
• Experience in customer service
• Use of: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (intermediate)
• Schedule availability

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Saturday guard shifts from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
