Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Casino Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing Web3 crypto entertainment business. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the casino, overseeing reporting, insights, and game positioning. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Gaming platform and deliver exceptional experiences to players globally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct situational analysis to compare our proposition against key competitors.
  • Use analytical resources to identify customer insights and game performance opportunities.
  • Track performance against budget KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day casino operations to ensure smooth workflows and efficiency.
  • Optimise casino portfolio and positioning to elevate customer experience and revenue.
  • Deploy operational growth strategies leveraging data, AI, and marketing technologies.
  • Propose, execute, and optimise retention campaigns to meet business targets.
  • Oversee promotional expenditure according to budgetary targets and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, technical, and customer support teams.
  • Gather and analyse player feedback to inform operational decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance and activity reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards.


Qualifications/Skills:


  • Deep understanding and passion for the iGaming industry.
  • Marketing experience within online entertainment or gaming sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement strategies based on insights.
  • Practical knowledge of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficient in retention marketing technologies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a capability to suggest innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting plans to stakeholders.
  • Desirable: Professional qualification (Degree) in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics.
