This role is responsible for building and maintaining a vibrant Traditional Chinese community for players in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Key duties include daily community operations, planning region-specific activities, and responding to player issues. The manager will also engage deeply with core users, gather feedback for game optimization, and cultivate KOCs to amplify game content across local platforms, enhancing market influence.

Job Description

1. Traditional Chinese Community Ecosystem Building and Active Maintenance: As a "game confidant" for players in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations of Traditional Chinese communities (including forums, social groups, in-game communities, etc.). By accurately capturing player interests, planning and implementing community activities with regional characteristics (such as holiday-limited interactions, local cultural theme events, etc.), and promptly responding to player incidents, you will ensure the community maintains a highly interactive and active atmosphere.

2. In-depth Operation of Core Users: Establish and maintain profiles for core players in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Through communication, exclusive welfare systems, and feedback collection mechanisms, deeply engage with core user groups, making them "native disseminators" of game reputation. At the same time, keenly observe player needs and feedback, and collaborate with product and planning teams to optimize the game experience.

3. KOC Matrix Cultivation and Content Dissemination: Discover and incubate gaming KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) in Traditional Chinese regions, customizing exclusive growth plans and content creation support. Through systematic KOC operation strategies, promote high-quality game content (guides, reviews, fan-created works, etc.) to spread across local social platforms, game forums, and other channels, reaching more players and potential users, and enhancing the game's influence in the target market.

Job Requirements

1. Hard Requirement: Must have lived in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of Taiwanese culture, customs, language habits (including internet slang), and lifestyle, capable of accurately grasping the local players' mindset and emotional needs.

2. Experience and Ability: Possess 1-3 years of experience in community operations, user operations, or marketing. Familiar with Traditional Chinese content creation standards. Candidates with successful cases of planning community/marketing activities or operating KOCs are preferred.

3. Personal Qualities: Passionate about the gaming industry, highly sensitive to various types of games; possess excellent communication and expression skills and cross-team collaboration abilities; clear logic, good at data analysis and problem-solving; strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
