Electronic Arts is seeking a Culture and Engagement Intern to contribute to a positive studio environment. Reporting to the Program Manager, the intern will design and implement engagement initiatives, support key projects, facilitate hybrid employee experiences, collaborate with studio partners, and lead outreach programs. Responsibilities include promoting a healthy studio culture, coordinating engagement activities, and working on various cultural initiatives to enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, gaming, and building connections. The internship is a 4-month hybrid opportunity, combining on-site orientation with remote work. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited degree program, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2025, and legally authorized to work in Canada.

We are looking for a Culture and Engagement Intern who will report to the Program manager, Operations and Culture, to help us create that "je ne sais quoi" that makes Motive the best place to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive delivery of engagement initiatives that promote a healthy studio life.

  • Support Program manager in delivering key initiatives.

  • Facilitate and coordinate engagement initiatives that build extraordinary hybrid employees' experience.

  • Work with key studio partners on various cultural initiatives.

  • Lead and support outreach initiatives which engage communities and employees.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for people, gaming, building connections, and having fun.

  • Creative and passionate with the ability to remain focus on driving unique and thoughtful experiences for employees.

  • Ability to manage a variety of projects while prioritizing what will most engage Motive employees.

  • Ability to navigate in a bilingual environment where both French and English are used in the day-to-day.

  • Students focusing or with an interest in Event planning, Marketing, Communications, Employee experience, etc.

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2025, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2025. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 4-month internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Motive is a AAA video game development studio established in 2015, and located in Montreal, Quebec. The studio is part of Electronic Arts studio network and has worked on action-adventure licenses. Motive supported the solo campaign on Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II and was the lead developer of Star Wars™: Squadrons and the Dead Space™ remake. The team is currently working on an Iron Man™ game.
