Job Description

As a Digital Activation Manager at Havas Media Australia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across programmatic/display channels. This includes managing campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and ensuring investment aligns with business objectives. You will also coach and develop junior team members, build strong client relationships, and provide client leadership on search strategy and tech opportunities.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with paid search channels is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Experience with other programmatic and social platforms beyond Meta, TikTok, DV360 & TradeDesk.
Must Have:
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard on digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting and campaign performance.
  • Ensure the performance of your client campaigns and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives.
  • Building exceptionally strong relationships with clients.
  • Accountable for aiding, coaching, developing and overall management of the junior members in the team.
  • Campaign management, optimisation and analysis.
  • Comfortable working in-platform across Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, DV360, Nexxen, Stackadapt & TradeDesk.
  • Strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution and optimisation of digital programs and campaigns.
  • Assist the Director in handling client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights.
  • Experience implementing digital campaigns across programmatic and social, and maintaining large client budgets in a marketing agency.
  • Strong experience across Meta, TikTok, DV360 & TradeDesk is essential.
  • Strong project management experience with the aptitude to concurrently guide a team and individual task list.
  • Demonstrated experience articulating media strategy into performance media solutions and accountability for achieving performance targets.

The Purpose of the Role

As the Digital Activation Manager you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard on digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting and campaign performance. This role will be across programmatic/display channels.

You will ensure the performance of your client campaigns and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.

You will also be accountable for aiding, coaching, developing and overall management of the junior members in the team.

Key Tasks

  • You will be accountable for campaign management, optimisation and analysis and work closely with our internal team, as well as the client to build out future-focused testing and optimisation roadmaps.
  • Campaign management and comfortable working in-platform across Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, DV360, Nexxen, Stackadapt & TradeDesk.
  • You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities.
  • Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams.
  • Oversee the execution and optimisation of digital programs and campaigns.
  • Assist the Director in handling client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Experience implementing digital campaigns across programmatic and social, land maintaining large client budgets in a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Strong experience across Meta, TikTok, DV360 & TradeDesk is essential. Other programmatic and social platforms are advantages, but not essential
  • Experience with paid search channels is advantageous but not necessary
  • Strong project management experience with the aptitude to concurrently guide a team and individual task list.
  • Demonstrated experience articulating media strategy into performance media solutions and accountability for achieving performance targets.
