Game Programmer
Job Description
This position involves implementing communication content for console game development and managing the responsible team, including progress management, negotiation, coordination, evaluation, and training. Responsibilities include organizing requirements from planners, adjusting specifications, negotiating with partner companies on server and API design, and considering and proposing online elements for the next generation. The role requires a candidate who can implement communication content, manage the team, and contribute to the development of innovative online elements in games.
Must Have:
- Game programming experience (C++ or C#)
- Implementation experience in P2P communication or internet communication on the client-side
- Experience in training team members
業務内容
・コンシューマゲーム開発における、通信コンテンツの実装業務ならびに担当チームのマネジメントを担当（進行管理、折衝・調整、評価・育成など）
・プランナーからの要件に対する整理や仕様調整
・サーバー設計、API設計について協力会社との折衝
・次世代に向けたオンライン要素の検討・提案及び、R&Dと連携した環境整備の推進
必須経験・スキル
・ゲームプログラミング経験（C++・C#など言語は問わない）
・P2P通信もしくはインターネット通信のクライアントサイドの実装経験
・メンバーの育成経験
