Job Description

The HR Process Improvement and Technology Consultant will identify inefficiencies, analyze processes, and implement solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities include evaluating HR processes globally, supporting HR tools with a compliance focus, analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, developing and implementing solutions, streamlining HR processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and project management experience. The consultant will ensure seamless experiences for associates interacting with HR and TU technology.
Must Have:
  • 5 years of process improvement experience, preferably global
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong comfort with data and technology
  • Business knowledge and experience working with Human Resources
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis techniques
  • Project management experience
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in a variety of HR functions
  • Experience with Workday

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:

People & HR Process Analysis:

  • Evaluating HR processes and workflows across the globe and HR functions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Support global systems and HR tools, requiring a compliance-focused mindset to ensure thorough consideration and troubleshooting.
  • Applying a data-driven approach to maintain compliance.
  • Prioritize, design, and support implementation of Workday security and business process enhancements
  • Gather and analyze data related to process performance, cycle times, resource and technology utilization to identify root cases of inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

HR Solutions Development & Implementation Planning:

  • Develop and propose solutions and recommendations to address inefficiencies, including redesign and technology enhancements.
  • Streamline HR and People processes and systems integrations, leading to improved operations and associate experience.
  • Ensuring our processes and solutions provide a seamless and intuitive experience for associates interacting with HR and TU technology.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans for technology and people initiatives including defining objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather input, feedback and insights to inform PI initiatives.
  • Collect, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood by all parties.

Impact You'll Make:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in process improvement or similar role, preferably in a global organization
  • An associate centric mindset and the passion to deliver value
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • A strong comfort with data and technology and the ability to use both to solve problems and improve processes
  • Business knowledge and experience working with Human Resources required, including knowledge of Workday, ADP payroll and other HR Applications
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis techniques such as six sigma, value stream mapping, or business process reengineering
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in a variety of HR functions (HRBP, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.) 
  • Experience with Workday

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
