Job Description

PwC's Financial Services Risk Advisory team in Mumbai seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with up to 1 attempt remaining in both groups (December 2024 qualification). The role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and a good understanding of IT systems and MS Office. Responsibilities include working under pressure, meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively in teams, and communicating complex information clearly. The team comprises subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds, addressing various client issues across risk analytics, predictive modeling, and regulatory remediation. Willingness to travel is essential. Credit Risk/Market Risk experience is mandatory, with additional preferred skills in Risk Management.

Responsibilities:
    1.    Qualified Chartered Accountant with upto 1 attempts in both group(Qualified CA of December 2024)
2.    Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
3.    Good understanding of IT systems, knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
4.    Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours. Ability to work well in teams
5.    Willingness to travel at short notice.
6.    Self-confident and self-motivated
7.    Good communication skills, verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex transactions in a clear and concise manner.
