Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings is seeking a corporate lawyer with at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts related to company business, providing legal counsel on M&A, investments, and new businesses, handling regulatory agency interactions, and developing strategies for dispute and litigation management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to analyze complex legal issues, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in a law firm, particularly in corporate law, IT, or IP, is preferred, as is interest in the gaming or IT industries.
Must have:
- 5+ years experience as a lawyer
- Contract drafting and review
- M&A and investment legal counsel
- Regulatory agency interaction
- Dispute and litigation management
Good to have:
- Law firm experience (corporate, IT, or IP)

자격요건
- 대한민국 변호사 자격 취득 후 5년 이상의 업무 경력

우대사항
- 로펌에서 기업법무 혹은 IT, IP 분야에서 업무 경험이 있으신 분
