We are looking for a Client Relationship Associate (Mandarin Speaker) to join the Private Clients team as part of our Tax and Legal Line of Service. With a solid foundation of expertise and best practices, we provide a wide range of services to international clients, particularly High Net Worth Individuals. Our team at PwC Malta is dedicated to delivering excellence in residency, citizenship and tax residency applications. In addition, we support clients through various services to cover their needs for a smoother transition to Malta. 

Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service in the immigration and tax space.

• Handle all administrative tasks, including the preparation and submission of forms and applications

• Translate documents between Mandarin and English

• Be the main point of contact for clients, providing seamless communication and timely updates

• Assist clients during their visits to Malta, ensuring their experience is smooth and efficient

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support across residency, citizenship, and relocation processes.

• Engage with clients, their families, and personnel from local public and private institutions

• Develop an extensive knowledge base of key local institutions, including government departments

• Collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues who mutually support each other

About You

The successful candidate will possess: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting or a related field

• Prior experience in a client-facing role 

• Strong command of Mandarin and English 

• Experience in corporate services environment would be considered an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
