Your role with us
While corporate and commercial contracts will be a key part of your responsibilities, this role offers a broad legal mandate. You’ll provide expert counsel on a variety of legal matters, from risk management to regulatory compliance, and work closely with internal teams to craft and implement legal strategies. You’ll advise on high-stakes transactions, guide business initiatives, and support senior leadership in navigating complex legal landscapes. Your ability to balance legal protection with business objectives will be key in safeguarding company operations and supporting its long-term growth.

What you will do:

• What you Provide legal counsel on gaming regulations, compliance, IP, and corporate law, managing matters independently.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal alignment and company interests.
• Support corporate governance, preparing board documents and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with teams like compliance, marketing, and operations to integrate legal insights.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive environment.
• Conduct research on emerging gaming law trends to inform strategies

What you will bring:

• 6+ years in corporate and commercial law
• 2+ years experience in private
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
