The Role:

The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for defining and developing the internal communications strategy for Framestore. Working closely with the senior leadership team you will l contribute to Framestore's overall success by informing, inspiring and engaging our internal community. This role will report to the Global Marketing Director.

You will ensure that the vision, mission, and culture of the company are clearly communicated and understood. In addition, where appropriate, you will ensure that communications are tailored to specific audiences based on cultural sensitivities/appropriateness.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global internal communications strategy and vision, in line with Framestore’s key business priorities and objectives.

  • Review, audit and own the global channel matrix, working alongside internal stakeholders to refine and repurpose our communication channels, or introduce new ones (where required).

  • Advise teams on employee engagement strategy using internal channels and events.

  • Assist with the planning and management of events such as, but not limited to, town halls.

  • Lead on the development and delivery of an engaging, information and inspiring content plan, building relationships with leaders, divisions and functions to identify and source content.

  • Collaborate with and lead creative AV teams on asset and communications content creation.

  • Work alongside key stakeholders to identify, develop and deliver internal communication campaigns that support the business objectives.

  • Build strong relationships and trust with senior leaders and our people to support the delivery of our communications messages.

  • Establish measurement techniques, ensuring the continued effectiveness and improvement of internal communication.

Job requirements

  • Experience working on strategic internal communications programs and employee engagement programs for a global company.

  • Digital content capabilities.

  • A strong written and oral communicator with a flair for storytelling.

  • Sensibility for visual presentation and attention to detail.

  • A confident and persuasive individual who is comfortable dealing with both senior stakeholders and junior colleagues.

  • A creative thinker that can bring new ideas to the table and see them through to completion.

  • A willingness and ability to be ‘hands-on’ and to deliver to challenging timescales.

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
