Job Description

The Global Publishing Group is responsible for growing Ubisoft’s business by bringing together high-impact global campaigns and a strong local presence. Working closely with production, the Global Publishing teams develop brand strategies that inform, engage, and serve our players around the world, while accelerating profitable revenue growth. 

Reporting to the Director, Internal & Executive Communication – Global Publishing, the person in this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic internal communications for our division, as well as our Chief Publishing Office and the members of his Executive Committee. While Executive Communication will be the primary focus, the position also encompasses additional responsibilities, offering a comprehensive and multifaceted experience. 

They will work closely with multiple teams and partners across the organization, such as the Transformation Office, the Chief of Staff, Human Resources, Global Communications, and various content creation teams, to build comprehensive executive communication strategies that will help increase employee engagement and support our business objectives. 

Your responsibilities are the following: 

  • Develop and execute communication plans that align with the strategic priorities and objectives of Global Publishing.  

  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for various communication platforms, including executive presentations, speeches, articles, newsletters, and events. 

  • Provide coaching and feedback to the leadership team on their communication skills and style. 

  • Design and develop creative, innovative, and impactful formats to successfully connect and engage with our key audiences. 

  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar and content pipeline. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency. 

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of communication initiatives and channels. 

  • Research and monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights to enhance communication strategies and tactics. 

  • Performs other related duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • You have extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations and/or journalism within an international and demanding environment.  
  • You possess strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and strategic messages tailored to various audiences, along with excellent public speaking and presentation abilities. 

  • You have a proven track of working closely with leadership and providing guidance on communication topics. 

  • You have a strong sensitivity to cultural differences in global communications. 

  • You excel at working in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapting to changing circumstances and priorities. 

  • You demonstrate rigor, open-mindedness, and curiosity, along with strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to collective success. 

  • You maintain a high level of organization and proactivity, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

  • Full proficiency in both English and French
