IO Interactive is seeking talented university students (final two years) for their IOI Future Devs program in Istanbul. Participants will gain real-world experience in QA, work on AAA titles like Project 007, and receive mentorship from industry experts. Strong English skills and a passion for game development are essential.

IO Interactive is an independent video game development and publishing company with studios in Copenhagen, Malmö, Barcelona, Istanbul, and Brighton. Renowned for our captivating, high-quality video games and as the creative force behind some of the most talked-about multiplatform titles in the last decade, we are committed to creating unforgettable characters and experiences powered by our award-winning Glacier technology.

As we continue to innovate with exciting projects like Project 007, a new James Bond video game, and Project Fantasy, we are thrilled to introduce a new program specifically tailored for Turkish talents: IOI Future Devs.

Program Overview

The IOI Future Devs program is designed to discover and develop the next generation of talented developers from Turkey. Through this program, we are offering university students in their final two years of study (3rd or 4th year) – particularly those pursuing degrees in technical, design, or art disciplines – the chance to gain real-world experience and work on exciting AAA games in the industry.

Participants will receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and personalized mentorship, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our cutting-edge projects. With this initiative, we aim to support emerging talent while giving them a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality products and be part of our dynamic team at IO Interactive.

The program lasts for the remainder of their studies, typically two years, with participants working in the Quality Assurance department on daily game development tasks.

Our Projects

Project Fantasy

We are building a new world, a new IP – an online fantasy RPG, for PC and console. A world and a game built from the core to entertain players and expand for many years to come.

Project 007

Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

HITMAN World of Assassination

Our world-famous stealth-based action game where players control Agent 47, a highly skilled assassin, tasked with eliminating targets across diverse, sandbox environments.

Glacier

Glacier is our proprietary engine. It wraps powerful features into simple tooling, making complex systems simple and elegant through intelligent design. Our developers can change, update and edit all aspects of the game experience while the game is playing, across all platforms and consoles – and everything is real-time. Instant export, update, play and stop. From Hitman to Project 007 and beyond, Glacier is the backbone of IOI and everything we create.
