The Engineering & Design Systems Department provides digital solutions for R&D, planning, and design divisions, and is responsible for developing connected service systems for customers.

Main Job Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business users to promote the digitalization of operations related to Nissan's vehicle and powertrain development. The target areas are diverse, including Bill of Materials, CAD/PDM, software management, analysis, experimentation, project/budget/resource management, and advanced development support. You will also work on building new connected services to realize SDV (Software Defined Vehicle).
As a Project Manager, you will lead IT projects in the above areas, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and controlling progress, milestones, and quality.
Strategy Formulation: Plan and execute mid-to-long-term value provision aligned with company and department strategies through benchmarking and roadmap development.
Depending on your preference, you can start in a Service Management / Project Management role, supporting various applications (asset management, procurement management, service level management, etc.), and after gaining experience, pursue a career path to upstream processes such as system planning and development.

Considering your preferences, you can initially work in a Service Management/Project Management role, performing support tasks for various applications, and after several years of experience, choose a career path to transition to more upstream processes (system planning and development).

Support tasks include asset management, procurement management, and service level management for various applications.

You will collaborate with business users in R&D and design departments to promote user support operations. Target areas include systems directly related to vehicle and powertrain development and design operations, such as CAD/PDM, in-vehicle control systems, and design.
