LAN Cisco Network Administrator - Medellín

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation and experience in critical environments to work in the network area. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive vision of network infrastructures, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Requirements of the profile:

• Solid knowledge in LAN technologies, preferably on Cisco platforms.
• 3 years of experience administering LAN networks, and resolving Level 2 support incidents on CISCO equipment.
• Proven experience in network and security support in medium and large environments with 24x7 operation.
• Participation in medium and high complexity network and security projects.
• Experience in managed support services for corporate network and security infrastructures, data centers (Data Centers) and network operations centers (NOC).
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITMS tools such as SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
• Customer-oriented skills for incident management, changes, requirements and report generation.
• Desirable intermediate English level, with technical reading ability and communication in international collaborative environments.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Network Engineer:

• Systems engineering professional, telecommunications graduate and with professional license (mandatory)
• Live in Medellín.
• Cisco certificate.
