About your role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data & ML Analyst (Tech lead) to become the technical leader of our forecasting team and work on upgrading and evolving our revenue prediction system. This is a key role where you will drive decisions that directly impact the company's revenue and strategy, while also being deeply involved in technical details and analytics alongside the team.

What is this system and what problems does it solve?

• Forecasting revenue and LTV throughout the entire user lifecycle in the game
• Evaluating the impact of marketing and product changes on key business metrics, revenue, and LTV
• Providing early warnings about changes in external or internal factors affecting the efficiency of marketing for both new and existing users
• Monitoring forecast accuracy across both short- and long-term user lifecycle stages

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the technical leader of the forecasting team (analysts, ML specialists, and data engineers) - means not only coordinating processes but also actively engaging in technical aspects and architectural decisions
• Creating and maintaining the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and the engineering team, formulating and prioritizing tasks based on real business needs and data
• Diving into analytics, cohorts, budgets, and metrics (CPI, ROI, retention, etc.), testing hypotheses, writing code when needed, and supporting the team in properly implementing ML models and pipelines
• Taking responsibility for the development and support of the entire forecasting infrastructure: transforming solutions into user-friendly, maintainable, and well-documented tools, cleaning and updating the codebase, and ensuring system stability and clarity
• Gathering and clarifying requirements: decompose tasks, ensuring implementation quality, and building efficient collaboration processes within the team and across departments
• Understanding the “client” of the team - user acquisition specialists: explore how they make decisions, how acquisition channels work, and integrate forecasting analytics into real workflows
• Ensuring forecast accuracy and reliability: develop monitoring mechanisms, configure alerts, and constantly improve model quality

We hope that you

• Have experience in data/BI/ML and have worked as a Lead or Tech Lead, with an understanding of product context (metrics, budgeting, business goals)
• Are capable of communicating with the business: accurately understanding requests, structuring them, and translating them into technical tasks for the team
• Understand that great tools result from systematic engineering work and are ready to treat them as products — making them maintainable, scalable, and transparent
• Are highly proactive: you independently look for growth opportunities, dig deep into problems, propose optimizations, and aren’t afraid to try new things
• Are confident working with data: proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar), able to conduct analysis and test hypotheses
• Are familiar with marketing analytics: know how to calculate LTV, CPI, retention, ROI; capable of analyzing budgets and assessing the impact of changes on unit economics
• Think systematically and can create action plans, prioritize tasks, and clearly explain your decisions to the team
• Have experience leading a technical team, keeping focus, and driving efficiency in product development

• Hold a relevant higher education degree (in technology, economics, or finance)
