Job Description

As a Lifecycle Specialist: Contracts Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant onboarding and management of our global clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to execution and ongoing maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be working directly with our clients to ensure that all contracts are compliant with local laws and regulations, and that all parties understand their obligations.

Must have:

Strong understanding of contract law
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
