Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Job Description
The job involves providing preventive and corrective maintenance to plant equipment and facilities, installing required equipment and machinery for manufacturing processes, constructing shelving and equipment for the manufacturing process, and maintaining equipment in optimal condition through preventive and corrective maintenance. It also includes providing support to manufacturing in production, participating in the analysis and solution of quality problems in the area, participating in and proposing improvement projects in the area, and eliminating downtime caused by tools/machinery. The candidate will be expected to work in a team and provide technical support.
Must have:
- Knowledge of compressed air.
- Experience in sonic pressing.
- Problem analysis and solving.
- Planned maintenance manual.
- Teamwork.
- Intermediate Office package.
- Process equipment: EF presses, bt711, slide toaster, twisting machines, taping machines.

- Conocimientos aire comprimido.
- Experiencia en prensados sónicos.
- Análisis y solución de problemas.
- Manual de mantenimiento planeado.
- Trabajo en Equipo. Manejo de Paquete de office intermedio.
- Equipo de proceso de EF, prensas bt711, slide toaster, torcedoras, encintadoras.
- Proveer de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del equipo e instalaciones de planta.
- Instalar equipo y maquinaria requerido para los proceso de manufactura.
- Construcción de estantería y equipo requerido para el proceso de manufactura
- Mantener en óptimas condiciones el equipo mediante el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Dar soporte a manufactura en producción
- Participar en análisis y solución de problemas de calidad en el área
- Participar y proponer proyectos de mejoramiento en el área
- Eliminar el tiempo muerto ocasionado por herramientas / maquinaria
