Performance Marketing Director

Job Description
The Performance Marketing Director will develop and manage top-tier strategies across various performance disciplines for assigned clients. This role involves team management, development, and serving as an escalation point. Key responsibilities include strategic development in collaboration with the Head of Performance, managing complex client relationships, and leading team recruitment and development initiatives. The director will proactively seek process improvements and client success strategies while maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
Must have:
- Develop and evangelize overall strategy and approach.
- Manage multiple, large or complex clients.
- Manage team and lead recruiting efforts.
- Improve current processes or introduce new approaches.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
Job Details
The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across the Performance disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities
- Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success
- Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
