Der Job:

Der Praktikant:in Social Media Marketing unterstützt das Marketing-Team bei der strategischen, konzeptionellen und operativen Betreuung von allen Social Media Plattformen sowie bei Anfragen im Influencer Marketing.

Das Tagesgeschäft:

• Unterstützung bei der strategischen, konzeptionellen und operativen Betreuung der Social Media Plattformen
• Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer Social Media Trends und Potentiale sowie aufstrebender Influencer
• Entwicklung und Optimierung von Social Media Kampagnen und interaktionsstarken Inhalten zur Aktivierung der Community gemeinsam mit dem Digital Marketing Team
• Regelmäßige Content-Erstellung für die Kanäle von Warner Bros. Germany (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook und YouTube)
• Entwicklung von Content-Ideen und Strategien für Influencer
• Umsetzung der Ideen zusammen mit dem Influencer Marketing Manager
• Mithilfe beim Monitoring und Reporting von Social-Media-Aktivitäten und Influencer Kampagnen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und externen Agenturen
• Selbstständige Übernahme von kleineren Kampagnen und Projekten (Social Media & Influencer Marketing)

Die Anforderungen:

• Bachelor-Abschluss oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Digitales Marketing oder einem verwandten Studiengang wie BWL oder Medienwissenschaften
• Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Influencer-, Social Media- oder Digital Marketing, idealerweise in einem international aufgestellten Unternehmen, z.B. im Rahmen von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
• Erfahrung in der praktischen Nutzung relevanter Social Media Plattformen, wie z.B. das Betreiben eines eigenen TikTok- oder Instagram-Kanals
• Technisches Grundverständnis kombiniert mit einer hohen Affinität für den Online- und Social Media-Bereich
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Großes Interesse an der Film-, Entertainment-, Game- und Digitalbranche
• Fähigkeit, schnelle Lösungen für neue Situationen zu finden
• Spaß an der aktiven Mitarbeit in einem schnelllebigen digitalen Umfeld
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, kommunikativ, aufgeschlossen und teamfähig
• Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Adobe Photoshop ö.Ä.
