Job Description

The Process Analyst will be responsible for mapping, modeling, standardizing, and documenting processes, ensuring team-wide coverage. Key duties include conducting periodic management meetings to report contract status, preparing project indicator reports for monthly reviews, and organizing forums for various stakeholders. The role also involves disseminating lessons learned, consolidating project information and PMO controls, and recording monthly project performance, highlighting progress, risks, and improvements. The analyst will support projects by promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to work standards.
Must have:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Experience in Project Management software.
  • Process mapping based on BPMN notation.
  • Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • MS Project proficiency.
  • SAP system knowledge.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) tools experience.
  • Higher education in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, or Construction.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project coordination and management, integrating the work of different actors to ensure project compliance and control;
  • Experience in Project Management software;
  • Process mapping based on BPMN notation;
  • Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • MS Project;
  • SAP system;
  • Project Management software;
  • Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

EDUCATION

  • Education Level: Higher education in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, and Construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct periodic management meetings to report contract status, at strategic, tactical, and operational levels;
  • Prepare reports with project indicators for presentation at monthly management critical analysis meetings;
  • Organize and promote forums for suppliers, planners, consultants, and leaders;
  • Organize and disseminate project lessons learned;
  • Prepare reports consolidating project information and PMO controls;
  • Record monthly project performance, highlighting relevant information such as: progress, impacts, risks, improvement points, solutions, and challenges;
  • Support projects through focal points, dissemination of best practices, and coverage of work standards and processes.
