Job Description

The Product Manager works directly with product leadership to translate strategic directives into objectives and key results. Through ongoing partnerships with the design, production, analytics, and research teams, the Product Manager assists in building a culture of iterative, lean development that prioritizes accruing product and player insights. They will synthesize insights into a deep understanding of the product and player, and leverage this understanding to effectively aid game teams in taking action against those learnings.
Must have:
  • Define experimentation roadmap with analytics, translate outcomes to recommendations.
  • Translate strategic directives into objectives and KPIs, monitor strategy.
  • Partner with production and design to conceptualize and implement engaging features.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with objectives.
  • Optimize player experience and core financial performance.
  • Drive best practices for virtual economies.
  • Develop game health review cycles using feedback and metrics for product improvement.
  • Track and understand gaming trends and insights.
  • Represent customer voice and needs passionately.

The Product Manager works directly with product leadership to translate strategic directives into objectives and key results. Through ongoing partnerships with the design, production, analytics, and research teams, the Product Manager assists in building a culture of iterative, lean development that prioritizes accruing product and player insights. They will synthesize insights into a deep understanding of the product and player, and leverage this understanding to effectively aid game teams in taking action against those learnings.

Your Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
  • The ability to critically evaluate design, UX, and economy changes that influence player behavior
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making
  • Sound ability in understanding in-game trends and using data insights to impact top line KPIs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting decks to various stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects with differing priority levels
  • A passion for games with a player first mentality
  • Highly desirable, but not essential: A passionate football fan with a good understanding of the core mechanics of College Football.

You Responsibilities:

  • Partner with analytics to define an experimentation roadmap to generate product and player insight. Translate outcomes into actionable recommendations.
  • Translate strategic directives into objectives and key results. Monitor and drive strategy around attaining results through the definition of associated KPIs.
  • Partner closely with production and design teams to conceptualize, spec and implement engaging features, mechanics, systems and modalities of play that fulfill objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that provide value to players and align with our business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and implement optimizations to player experience and core financial performance.
  • Drive best-practice strategies in creating and optimizing virtual economies.
  • Develop and implement game health review cycles that carefully consider internal and external feedback as well as key product metrics to continually improve the product.
  • Track and develop a deep understanding of gaming trends and insights.
  • Be a passionate representative of the voice and needs of our customers.
