Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager specializing in Monetization to drive the development and optimization of our monetization strategies (IAP & Ads) for our upcoming hybrid-casual puzzle game hit! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our in-house engineers, artists, and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and enhance our products. We’re looking for someone available during a time slot close to UTC+1 (Paris time) to work seamlessly with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize in-app purchase (IAP) offers and ad strategies to boost monetization while maintaining strong player engagement and retention.
• Monitor and test ongoing tasks to ensure they stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Analyze data and derive actionable insights to refine IAP offers and enhance overall monetization.
• Define the strategic direction for the game's monetization and help develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Engage in all stages of the game development cycle, from initial concepts through to the final release.
• Collaborate with your team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to create outstanding gaming experiences.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the company’s success by making impactful decisions and working alongside a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and skilled professionals. You'll refine the details of monetization offers, oversee their testing, and adapt strategies based on player feedback. With your creativity and teamwork, you’ll help us entertain millions of players with our next hit game.

If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team! We are also looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in product monetization working on mobile games with an amazing track record and your fingerprints all over them
• A great understanding of the mobile casual games market
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn
• You are a collaborative, team-player with experience working with cross-functional teams
• An ability to make data-driven decisions from large amounts of information
• You are fluent in English - French is a plus
