Product Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Perth and are currently looking for a Product Manager to join the team.
As a Product Manager you work with our Product and Engineering teams to achieve Global Poker’s goals. You'll deliver high-quality products that align with our brand, using your expertise to drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in your product domain with a solid understanding of players, VGW’s business model and the product experience.
- Define business outcomes and target metrics for your products, aligning them with organisation and business unit objectives.
- Collaborate with UX, Design, Research, and Engineering teams to build and improve products that deliver value to Global Poker and VGW.
- Proactively analyse and report on product performance and issues.
- Coordinate product launches with central business units, marketing, and operational teams.
- Provide assistance to operational, risk and compliance teams as required when problems or questions arise.
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in a product management or related role.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology/digital business.
- You are skilled in product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery techniques, with proven experience in Product Management or a similar position
- You are able to inspire, motivate, and collaborate with your team and stakeholders towards shared business outcomes
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and thrive on building strong relationships
- Experience in the social gaming industry or an adjacent category is beneficial.
