As an Account Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of top tier customers. You will be responsible for developing and retaining high-value clients, communicating regularly with clients to build relationships, and offering personalized incentives and rewards. You will also utilize operational tools and analytics to meet KPIs and contribute to team goals. The role also involves financial and business knowledge, portfolio analysis, and proactively communicating new features and games to clients.
Must have:
  • 2-4 years of account management experience B2B or B2C
  • 2-4 years of experience achieving business targets and objectives.
  • Effectiveness in developing and retaining high-value relationships.
  • Proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Account Management team in Toronto and are currently looking for an Account Executive. 

As an Account Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of top tier customers who demand the very best experience and customer care. To anticipate needs and build an experience that surpasses our customers' highest expectations. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically develop and retain a portfolio of high value clients.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email to build personal relationships and develop a tailored premium platform experience.
  • Offer & cultivate personalized incentives and exclusive rewards to engage clients and build brand loyalty.
  • Utilize multiple operational tools and analytics to meet and exceed against established KPIs, contributing to your own and overall team’s performance goals. 
  • Demonstrate strong financial and business knowledge through portfolio and player P&L analysis; ensuring you are working within budgets for incentive and rewards, whilst also working toward re-investment targets.
  • Proactively communicate new features and games to relevant clients in your portfolio, and act on opportunities to educate customers on updates and campaign offers to increase lifetime value.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2-4 years demonstrated account management experience either B2B or B2C 
  • 2-4 years experience achieving and exceeding business targets and objectives (KPI’s, strategic goals, etc). 
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at developing and retaining high value level relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience (Salesforce, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to leverage data and insights to make actionable recommendations
