The Role and What You’ll Do:

Project coordination :

Project support around various initiatives that will include NOC visits, preparation for large meetings of our internal and external stakeholders and general support to our organization.

Office Management :

• Support office fit out and readiness with respect to décor, design and infusion of Olympic spirit

• Support the eventual research, evaluation and office relocation

• Help to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the organization and through involvement with the onboarding process

• Work on the office space policy to prepare for the regular growth of staff and needs during Games Times

• Prepare and adapt the floor plans according to the policy

• Facilities management (i.e. report broken furniture, leakages, power issues, etc)

• Small storage management

• Support Office supplies requests

• Admin support to FAs and Executives for office related issues (i.e. special needs such as catering requests for meetings, access to the building for visitors, errands for senior management, etc)

• Manage the relationship with the owner of the building

• Games Times Asset management and dissolution/demobilisation after the Games, in coordination with Procurement.

• Any other tasks that may arise during operations

You have these:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Ability to legally work in the country you are interested in 

      We’d love if you also have these:

      • Experience working in the ticketing, travel or hospitality industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


    Hiring Range Minimum:

    $64,480 annually

    Hiring Range Maximum:

    $75,000 annually
