You will be responsible for the global live service operations of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PC/Console) products, providing smooth and satisfactory service to users.

You need to have an understanding of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and the FPS game genre, as well as the ability to grasp game culture and community trends.

• Understanding global user community trends and insight analysis
• Confirmation and response to inappropriate user data

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

• High understanding and play experience of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and battle royale, FPS games
• Smooth communication and collaboration skills with various related departments based on logical analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze metrics and data necessary for performing operations
• English proficiency sufficient for smooth communication with global collaborating departments
• No disqualification for overseas business trips

• High understanding and rich play experience of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS or FPS games
• Understanding of Steam and Console platforms
• Global service operation experience

To join KRAFTON's challenge, the following recruitment process is required.
