Q & A Technician

Summary:

As a QA Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet specified quality standards,

identifying defects, and collaborating with the product/engineering teams to implement corrective measures. You will maintain detailed

records of inspections, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the products meet the required standards.
• Writing and maintaining test cases.
• Finding patterns in defects and driving quality upstream by specific and timely reporting.
• Assisting other departments in reproducing errant behaviors and accurately report defects found.
• Executing and verifying the results of existing tests.
• Documenting and reporting bugs and system malfunctions utilizing project management platforms.
• Reporting improvement areas.
• Ensuring consistent game functionality.
• Verifying client data and producing product media for their release.

Education & Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor College degree, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of general QA experience.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Understanding of QA processes.
• Advanced level of English speaking, writing, understanding is required.
• Basic Microsoft Suite knowledge especially Excel.
• Programming experience is a strong plus.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional requests for additional hours and/or some weekends, as needed and approved by manager/supervisor.

Travel/Office Location

Employee has the choice of working remotely or as otherwise required by the company. There is minimal to no travel associated with this role.
